Negative self-talk can be an insidious habit, one that we often fall into without realizing it. Our minds seem predisposed to dwell on the negative rather than the positive, leading us to overlook our own worth. Reflect on why this happens. Is it because you struggle to see your own goodness or perhaps as a way to cope with boredom?

Consistently engaging in negative thoughts can severely impact our mental well-being. It can diminish our self-esteem and affect our interactions with others. One significant source of negativity often stems from external comments and experiences we've encountered throughout our lives.

Think about how you communicate with your loved ones. Would you use the same harsh words on them that you use on yourself? If the answer is no, then channel the kindness you show them toward yourself.
