Is Tealfeed Worth Your Time? A Week in Review

Chapter 1: Initial Impressions
Recently, I was approached via LinkedIn with an offer to write articles for Tealfeed. Without hesitation, I signed up and published the piece below.
Tealfeed Overview
Upon visiting the "About" section and checking the FAQ, I found this description: "Tealfeed serves as a space to share insights and connect with individuals who share similar interests. Contribute your knowledge and experiences across various domains, such as Technology, Business, Marketing, Content, Leadership, Personal Development, and Psychology."
While the platform seems to focus primarily on technical writing, it encompasses a diverse range of topics. The interface closely resembles Medium, which eased my transition and eliminated the need to familiarize myself with a new layout.
Publishing Articles on Tealfeed
The process of publishing on Tealfeed shares many similarities with Medium. The editing features, including "headings" and "embedding," are quite comparable. However, I encountered a minor hiccup: I was unable to utilize the "Heading" buttons. It’s worth noting that this might have been a user error on my part. I'm keen to hear if others have faced similar issues with Tealfeed's editing tools.
Five Days Later…
Seeing my article rise to the top of the curated list was a pleasant surprise. To be honest, I had low expectations, but isn’t that part of a writer’s journey? By the end of the week, my article garnered more views than I ever achieved on Medium, even when combining all my posts. What stood out to me was Tealfeed's promotional efforts on Twitter; it truly felt like I had a supportive ally in my corner, which added a nice personal touch.
I plan to continue sharing my work on Tealfeed, as it appears to be an expanding platform for writers.
Note: They mentioned plans for a paid partnership program akin to Medium, expected to roll out in the summer/fall of 2022.
I’d love to hear about your experiences on Tealfeed, as it could be beneficial for both myself and the community.
