Whether in our personal lives or the broader global landscape, seeking calm during turbulent times can be a formidable challenge. Nevertheless, it is indeed possible to achieve a sense of serenity. Here are three strategies to help you cultivate inner calm.
Tip #1: Avoid Contributing to the Chaos
When everything appears to be going awry, it’s easy to succumb to negative thoughts and emotions, inadvertently intensifying the chaos. This only deepens your distress and obstructs your path to peace. Instead, take a step back from the sources of your anxiety and dedicate time to yourself. Engage in activities that bring you joy and consciously steer clear of stress-inducing thoughts.
